The team in the Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood Institute includes:
- Palliative care doctors
- Palliative care nurses
- Social Workers
- Spiritual Care Practitioner
- Music Therapist
- Pharmacists
- Occupational Therapist
- Volunteers
The PCU care team can help patients and their families access resources and/or supportive care services, as desired.
