Palliative Care – Your Care Team

The team in the Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood Institute includes:

  • Palliative care doctors
  • Palliative care nurses
  • Social Workers
  • Chaplains and spiritual care staff
  • Music Therapist
  • Pharmacists  
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Volunteers

The PCU care team can help patients and their families access resources and/or supportive care services, as desired.
