Peripheral Nerve Clinic - Before You Arrive

At the consultation patients will be assessed and a detailed history and physical exam will take place. As part of this consultation it will be decided if a thorough Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Study (EMG/NCS). Further imaging and investigations may be needed.

The first assessment will require a minimum of an hour and family are welcome to be involved with the appointment.

Please bring:

• Health card
• WSIB information
• List of medications
• CD of their imaging to date (can be obtained from their hospital radiology department) if not from a local London hospital.
