Conference/Board Rooms (click for directions to each room)

Adams Executive Boardroom (A2-041)

From Grosvenor Entrance 1 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • Take one of the Zone "A" elevators (to the right of the information desk) to Level 2 (A2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and follow the corridor.
  • Past the windows on your left.
  • The Adams Executive Boardroom (A2‐041) is on the left.

From Grosvenor Parking Garage:

  • Take the Elevator located in the North West corner of the Grosvenor parking garage to Level B (tunnel).
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of the corridor.
  • Take one of the Zone "A" elevators to Level 2 (A2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and follow the corridor.
  • Past the windows on your left.
  • The Adams Executive Boardroom (A2‐041) is on the left.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2:

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left. Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone A (green).
  • Watch for the elevators on your right.
  • Take one of the Zone "A" elevators to Level 2 (A2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and follow the corridor.
  • Past the windows on your left.
  • The Adams Executive Boardroom (A2‐041) is on the left.

From Cheapside Entrance 4 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Proceed through the Zone C lobby to the left.
  • Take the corridor to the left of “On the Go/Tim Hortons”.
  • Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone B (red).
  • Turn right at the compass intersection.
  • Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone A (green).
  • Watch for the elevators on your right.
  • Take one of the Zone "A" elevators to Level 2 (A2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and follow the corridor.
  • Past the windows on your left.
  • The Adams Executive Boardroom (A2‐041) is on the left.

Meeting Rooms 1 (E1-126), 2 (E1-128) and 3 (E1-134), and the Lawson Board Room (E1-122)

From Grosvenor Entrance 1 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • From the Zone A lobby turn left and proceed to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn right and pass the museum display cases.
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of this corridor. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone E (purple).
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of the corridor. Past the Zone E elevator.
  • Meeting Rooms 1 (E1-126), 2 (E1-128) and 3 (E1-134), and the Lawson Board Room (E1-122) are here.

From Cheapside Entrance 4:

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Elevators will be behind the volunteer desk. Take one of the Zone C elevators to Level 1 (C1).
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn right. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Proceed to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn left.  Proceed to the end of this corridor. Travel from Zone D (gold) into Zone E (purple).
  • Meeting Rooms 1 (E1-126), 2 (E1-128) and 3 (E1-134), and the Lawson Board Room (E1-122) are here.

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left. Proceed to the end of the corridor. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone A (green).
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of the corridor. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone E (purple).
  • Turn right.
  • Elevator will be on your right. Take the Zone "E" elevator to Level 1 (A1).
  • Exit the elevator.

Conference Room D0-138 

From Cheapside Entrance 4 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Proceed through the opening at the bottom of the stairs. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Turn left and proceed to the end of the corridor.
  • Turn right and proceed down this corridor.
  • Conference Room D0-138 is on the right.

From Grosvenor Entrance 1 (note: This is a long way) 

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • Turn right. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone B (red). Proceed down this corridor.
  • Turn left at the compass intersection.
  • Follow this corridor to the end. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone C (blue).
  • At the end of the corridor turn left. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Follow this corridor to the end 
  • Turn right follow this corridor to the end.
  • Turn right and take one of the Zone "D" elevators to Level 2 (D2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of the short corridor
  • Turn right again and proceed to the end of the corridor
  • Turn right, and proceed down the corridor.
  • Conference Room D0-138 is on the right.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left and continue down this corridor until you get to the compass intersection.
  • Turn right at this intersection. Follow this corridor to the end. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone C (blue).
  • Cross the Zone C lobby, to the opening at the bottom of the stairs, into Zone D (gold).
  • Turn left and proceed to the end of the corridor
  • Turn right, and proceed down the corridor.
  • Conference Room D0-138 is on the right.

Rheumatology Conference Room D2-181

 From Cheapside Entrance 4  (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Proceed through the opening at the bottom of the stairs. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Proceed to the right and continue straight ahead.
  • Take one of the Zone "D" elevators to Level 2 (D2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn left.
  • Proceed to the end of the corridor.
  • At the end of the corridor turn left again and conference room (D2-181) is here.

From Grosvenor Entrance 1 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • Turn right. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone B (red). Proceed down this corridor.
  • Turn left at the compass intersection.
  • Follow this corridor to the end. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone C (blue).
  • At the end of the corridor turn left. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Follow this corridor to the end 
  • Turn right follow this corridor to the end.
  • Turn right and take one of the Zone "D" elevators to Level 2 (D2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn left.
  • Proceed to the end of the corridor.
  • At the end of the corridor turn left again and conference room (D2-181) is here.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left and continue down this corridor until you get to the compass intersection.

Livingston Lounge (E1-112)

From Grosvenor Entrance 1 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • From the Zone A lobby turn left and proceed to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn right and pass the museum display cases.
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of this corridor. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone E (purple).
  • The Livingston Lounge (E1-112) will be in front of you.

From Cheapside Entrance 4:

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Elevators will be behind the volunteer desk. Take one of the Zone "C" elevators to Level 1 (C1).
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn right. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Proceed to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn left.  Proceed to the end of this corridor. Travel from Zone D (gold) into Zone E (purple).
  • Turn right.
  • The Lawson Meeting Room (E1-122) will be on your right.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left. Proceed to the end of the corridor. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone A (green).
  • Turn right and proceed to the end of the corridor. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone E (purple).
  • Turn right.
  • Elevator will be on your right. Take the Zone "E" elevator to Level 1 (A1).
  • Exit the elevator and turn left.
  • Proceed down this corridor to the end.
  • The Livingston Lounge (E1-112) will be on your right.

  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and continue to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn left.
  • The meeting room (A2‐039) is on the right.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2:

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left. Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone A (green).
  • Watch for the elevators on your right.
  • Take one of the Zone "A" elevators to Level 2 (A2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and continue to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn left.

  • Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone B (red).
  • Turn right at the compass intersection.
  • Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone A (green).
  • Watch for the elevators on your right.
  • Take one of the Zone "A" elevators to Level 2 (A2)
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Turn right and continue to the end of this corridor.
  • Turn left.

Roney Auditoriums A (D1-228) and B (D1-226)

From Cheapside Entrance 4 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Proceed through the opening on the right. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Proceed to the right and continue straight ahead; pass the Zone “D” elevators.
  • Take the single elevator straight ahead to Level 1-200
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Go through the doorway on the right.
  • Continue to the end of the corridor.
  • Proceed through the double doors and turn right.
  • Proceed down the corridor - the Roney Meeting Rooms A and B are on the left.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left and continue down this corridor until you get to the compass intersection.
  • Turn right at this intersection. Follow this corridor to the end. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone C (blue).
  • Cross the Zone C lobby, to the opening at the bottom of the stairs, into Zone D (gold).
  • Proceed to the right and continue straight ahead, pass the Zone “D” elevators.
  • Take the single elevator straight ahead to Level 1-200
  • Exit the elevator.
  • Go through the doorway on the right.
  • Continue to the end of the corridor.

  • Turn left and go through the double doors on the right.

  • Go through the doorway on the right.
  • Continue to the end of the corridor.
  • Proceed through the double doors and turn right.
  • Proceed down the corridor - the Roney Meeting Rooms A and B are on the left.

From Cheapside Entrance 4 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Proceed straight. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Turn left. 
  • Shuttleworth Auditorium (D0-104) is on the right.

From Grosvenor Entrance 1 (note: This is a long way): 

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • Turn right. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone B (red). Proceed down this corridor until you get to the compass intersection.
  • Turn left at this intersection. Follow this corridor to the end. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone C (blue).
  • At the end of the corridor turn left. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone D (gold).
  • Shuttleworth Auditorium is on the right.

From Grosvenor Entrance 2 (note: This is a long way):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, past the Zone “B” elevators.
  • Turn left and proceed down this corridor until you get to the compass intersection.
  • Turn right at this intersection. Follow this corridor to the end. Travel from Zone B (red) into Zone C (blue).
  • Cross the Zone C lobby, to the opening at the bottom of the stairs, into Zone D (gold).
  • Turn left. 
  • Shuttleworth Auditorium (D0-104) is on the left.

Thompson Amphitheatre (B2-075)

From Grosvenor Entrance 2 (Shortest route):

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 2 – Zone B.
  • Proceed down the corridor, to the bank of elevators on either side.
  • Take one of the Zone B elevators up to Level 2 (B2).
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn left.
  • Continue down the main hallway.
  • Thompson Amphitheatre (B2-075) is on the left.

From Grosvenor Entrance 1:

  • Enter the hospital through Grosvenor Entrance 1 – Zone A.
  • Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone A lobby.
  • Turn right. Travel from Zone A (green) into Zone B (red). 
  • Proceed down the corridor. Past the compass intersection.
  • Turn right at the next corridor and take one of the Zone "B" elevators to Level 2 (B2).
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn left.
  • Continue down the main hallway.
  • Thompson Amphitheatre (B2-075) is on the left.

From Cheapside Entrance 4 (note: This is a long way)

  • Enter the hospital through Cheapside Entrance 4 – Zone C.
  • Proceed through the Zone C lobby to the left.
  • Take the corridor to the left of “On the Go/Tim Hortons”.
  • Proceed down the corridor. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone B (red).
  • Turn left at the compass intersection.
  • Proceed down the corridor. Turn right at the next major corridor.
  • Take one of the Zone "B" elevators to Level 2 (B2).
  • Exit the elevator.
  • From the elevator lobby, turn left.
  • Continue down the main hallway.
