How Can I Become a Sponsored Student at St. Joseph’s Health Care London?

Requesting a Placement at St. Joseph’s

Please contact the Student Affairs Team Assistant to share your interest in completing a sponsored student placement at St. Joseph’s. We will request you provide us with a proof of academic achievement, resume and a cover letter explaining your professional experience, the reason for seeking a Sponsored Student placement, and your learning objectives.

Getting Matched to a Placement at St. Joseph’s

The Student Affairs Team will determine if a supervisor is available and forward the request onto our Vice-President, Patient Care and Chief Nurse Executive for approval. The Student Affairs Department will keep you informed of the outcome.

Completion of Pre-Placement Requirements to become a Registered St. Joseph’s Student

If you are matched to a placement, please watch for a welcome email inviting you to set up an account with NirvSystem, an online onboarding tool. NirvSystem enables you to complete and upload pre-placement requirements before your placement start date.
