Research Overview

I am interested in neuropsychiatry of neurocognitive disorders on the spectrum from subjective cognitive impairment till advanced dementia. For this I collaborate with several basic and clinical scientist and use clinical and imaging profiling as tools to answer questions relevant to basic mechanism of disease and therapeutics.

Also, I have expertise in therapeutic brain stimulation including ECT and TMS and continue to develop this service at Parkwood Institute-Mental health. The latter is a truly translational clinic where knowledge is being generated and taught while patients are being treated for illnesses like difficult to treat depression
