Stay safe. Use our tunnels

In bad weather, patients and visitors are advised to use the tunnels available at Parkwood Institute, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care.

The tunnels are the safest and most accessible routes from the parking garages at each site to the buildings.

From the Grosvenor Street garage at St. Joseph’s Hospital, you can access the tunnel from the northwest corner of the garage, closest to Richmond Street corner by taking the elevators or stairs to level “B”. When returning to your vehicle from Zone A you will need to push "T" (for tunnel) in the elevator.
