St. Joseph’s Health Care London (St. Joseph’s) and London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) are pleased to be recognized on this year’s Forbes list of Canada’s Best Employers, released today by Forbes and Statista Inc.

In presenting the annual list, Forbes and Statista Inc. select Canada’s best employers through an independent survey applied to a sample of more than 10,000 Canadian employees working for companies with more than 500 employees. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family.

The 2022 ranking comes during a particularly challenging time for those working in health care, and for hospital organizations confronted with rapidly evolving pandemic scenarios. However, St. Joseph’s and LHSC continue to meet these unique challenges in support of our patients, residents, colleagues and our community. This designation is a tribute to both organizations and an accomplishment shared by all leaders, staff, physicians, students and volunteers.

Great workplaces take great people and London’s hospitals are fortunate to have a total of more than 20,000 individuals focused on exceptional service, who are there for one another, and who are central to maintaining supportive and fulfilling work environments.

To all those who work within St. Joseph’s and LHSC, your commitment to patients/residents, teaching and research is what makes both organizations a great place to work. Londoners can be very proud of our world-class network of care.
